How to Pay
All payments must be made in Australian dollars (AUD), and any bank fees/other surcharges must be fully borne by the applicant. Please note that Australian Ideal College does not accept personal cheques for fee payments.
When making your payment, please be sure to do the following:
- Quote your STUDENT NUMBER and NAME
- Fax or email a copy of the remittance to us clearly stating the amount and who the payment is for

- Bank Draft or Bank Cheque made payable to Australian Ideal College Pty Ltd
- Credit Card Payment*: Please fill out the Credit Card Payment Authorisation Form
- Direct Deposit or Telegraphic Transfer to our college’s bank account
* Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted; in addition, a 2% surcharge will apply.
