My name is Carlos, and I’m from Colombia. I began studying at Australian Ideal College (AIC) in September 2024. I completed the Diploma of Hospitality Management in August 2025 and the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management in August 2026.
I chose the hospitality courses offered at AIC because they equipped me with practical skills and industry knowledge that are highly applicable to working in the hospitality sector.
The trainers were experienced, approachable, and consistently provided valuable support and guidance throughout the course. The hands-on activities and assessments enhanced my skills, increased my confidence, and prepared me for real workplace situations.
The admin team was very helpful throughout my studies. They were always available to provide guidance, respond to my enquiries promptly, and ensure I had the support I needed. Their support made my experience at AIC much more enjoyable and stress-free.
