Tram Pham
My name is Tram Pham, from Vietnam. I came to Australia in January 2024 with a strong desire to learn and gain practical experience. Fortunately, I was recommended to study at Australian Ideal College (AIC) — a choice I’m truly grateful for.
After completing the English program at AIC in June 2024, I enrolled in the Certificate IV in Ageing Support and successfully completed the course in July 2025. During my time at the College, I received outstanding support from the staff, which helped me quickly adapt to a new environment, connect with classmates, and become familiar with the trainers’ teaching styles.
The course offered a perfect balance of theory and practice. The simulations, hands-on learning, and work placement opportunities helped me build confidence and gain valuable experience — especially when it came time for my internship. I felt well-prepared and clear about each step of the process.
