I studied at Australian Ideal College for two years, starting with the General English course, followed by English for Academic Purposes, and then progressing to the Certificate IV in Ageing Support, including completing my work placement.
During this time, I gained valuable knowledge and practical skills in supporting older people. The work placement provided real-world experience and helped me develop my communication, care, and teamwork skills.
Overall, it was a highly valuable experience that made me feel more confident and better prepared for my future career.
