Sofia Scaglione
My name is Sofia Scaglione. I am from Italy and began my studies at Australian Ideal College in April 2025. I would like to share a few words about my experience studying the Diploma of Hospitality Managementat Australian Ideal College, particularly with my trainer, Madhu.
From the very beginning, Madhu has been an exceptional trainer. Her teaching style is dynamic, engaging, and very well-structured. She explains complex topics clearly and always makes sure every student feels supported and included. I truly enjoyed attending her classes — her enthusiasm and dedication make learning not only effective but also genuinely enjoyable.
Thanks to her guidance, I feel much more confident in my skills and knowledge. I have also applied what I’ve learned in the classroom to my workplace. I also appreciate the friendly and professional environment that Ideal College provides, which has contributed greatly to my positive experience overall.
